By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at buibee.com@gmail.com with your order details.

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed as per Section 6.


1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • In case of refusal of delivery, return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.


2. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

  • Product received is incorrect or missing items

  • Product received is expired (where applicable)

Non-Eligible Return Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products

  • Products without original packaging, labels, or seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the issue

    • Description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Approved return cases may be eligible for replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after verification and approval of the return request.

Refund Modes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated.


6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Additional time may be taken by banks or payment gateways to reflect the amount in your account


7. Shipping Charges & Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.

  • In case of COD refusal or failed delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Inform us immediately with supporting images
