1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the Website.

  • Free Shipping on orders above 400 Rs.
  • Flat 90 Rupees shipping charges on order below 400 Rs. 

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistics issues

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if approved) may exclude shipping charges

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Buibee will not be liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images or video proof for verification

9. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
