1. Order Cancellation

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed as per Section 6.

In case of refusal of delivery, return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Returns Policy

3. Return Request Process

4. Replacement Policy

Approved return cases may be eligible for replacement instead of a refund.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing items, or expired.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at buibee.com@gmail.com with order details and supporting images.
Exchanges are not offered for change of mind, incorrect product ordered by the customer, or used/opened products.
If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after verification and approval of the return request.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated.

7. Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.

In case of COD refusal or failed delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
In approved return or exchange cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return or exchange is due to a defect, damage, or error from our side. In such cases, return shipping will be borne by Buibee.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:
