Buibee Warranty Disclaimer: Buibee operates as an e-commerce platform and seller of products sourced from third-party manufacturers and brands. Buibee is not the manufacturer of the products listed on the platform unless specifically stated otherwise.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in electrical/electronic components or internal parts arising under normal usage conditions.
What Is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover any physical or external damage, including but not limited to breakage, cracks, dents, scratches, damage due to mishandling, accidental drops, water/liquid damage, burns, misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, pest/insect damage, or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, discoloration, and damage to consumable or detachable parts caused through regular usage are not covered under warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.
Service Location: Warranty inspection, servicing, repair, or replacement will be carried out only at the Buibee service/warehouse location: Buibee Warehouse 18, Marriot Tower, Urbtech Xaviers Sector 168, Noida – 201304
Customer Responsibility for Product Delivery: Customers are required to bring or send the product to the above-mentioned warehouse for inspection and warranty service.
Shipping/Courier Charges: If the product is sent through courier or any other shipping service, all transportation, courier, packing, and shipping charges to and from the service location shall be borne by the customer.
No Doorstep Service: Buibee currently does not provide doorstep warranty inspection, repair, pickup, or servicing. All warranty claims must be processed through the designated warehouse/service location.
Inspection Required: Warranty repair or replacement will be provided only after inspection and confirmation by the Buibee service team that the defect is covered under warranty.
Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the defect, Buibee may, at its discretion, repair the defective component, replace the faulty part, or replace the product with the same or an equivalent model, subject to product and spare-part availability.
Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice/order confirmation showing the purchase date may be required to avail warranty service.
Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty may become void if the product has been opened, repaired, altered, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized person or service provider, or if the product has been used contrary to the instructions provided with it.
Product Identification: The product's serial number, model identification, warranty label, or other identification markings must not be removed, altered, or tampered with.
Replacement Products/Parts: Any replacement of a product or component under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless expressly stated by Buibee.
Final Assessment: Eligibility for warranty service will be determined based on the condition of the product and the findings of the Buibee service team, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Warranty: The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of eligible faulty parts/products and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from inability to use the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
